Bonjour Franco-American Centre friends.
Do you know about Manchester Proud? It’s a group of Manchester people working to make sure ALL community members have a voice in forming Manchester School District’s next strategic plan. See their website manchesterproud.org. Apply to be on their Community Planning Group (applications due Feb. 5th). Participate in a Listening Session or attend a Town Hall. ALL voices are needed to make this a community-wide effort!
As an organization devoted to making Manchester an immigrant-friendly city, the Franco-American Centre will be holding a Listening Sessions for members and friends on Monday, February 18 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Alumni Hall LL2 on the Saint Anselm College campus.
Listening Sessions are an hour long and have anywhere from 1 to 12 participants. Four basic questions are asked — there is time for a written response (in any language) and discussion/conversation.
Anyone who lives or works in Manchester is welcome to attend.
