French Adventures is literally an adventure in learning. Each month participants of all ages join together at different locations around the state to learn a few words in French and tour an area learning something new. The goal of this class is to whet the appetites of folks who want to learn a few words in French but not commit to an actual class. Then, all have the option of taking a full class with one our amazing instructors in our language program. There is no enrollment fee and each class is “pay as you go”. Discounted rates apply for FAC members and families.

Some of our adventures have included the SEE Science Center, The Aviation Museum, the Audubon Center, and making Christmas crafts – ornaments, cookies, Meet the Author event with Janis Hennessey at Barnes & Nobles, etc. It truly is always an adventure! Upcoming events include a  Currier Museum and Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum.  We are also always working on new ideas!

If you have a group with specific requests for an Adventure, contact the Centre and we will be happy to customize an Adventure based on your needs!
