Prêt-à-parler

“Ready to Talk” is the Franco-American Centre’s French language conversation group and is free and open to the public. It is an informal event that runs from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month and attendees arrive and depart at their leisure. All levels welcome. View the Events List for upcoming dates .

It is not required to be a member of the Franco-American Centre to participate in Prêt-à-Parler.

What people are saying:

“I attended the Pret-a-parler meetings through the Franco American Center to improve my french for my trip to Paris. I started as a beginner but there were all levels of french members in the group who were all very encouraging to each other. It was a great environment for me to practice both speaking and listening to the french language. Topics ranged from everyday conversations to the not so everyday conversations which helped a lot with new vocabulary. I’m happy I went to these meetings as it always inspired me to go home and improve upon my french. I highly recommend this club for anyone wanting to learn french.”   ~Kayla Corliss
