Story Time With Madame

In 2020, the FAC was very lucky to partner with retired French teacher and children’s book author Madame Janis Hennessey.

Madame read her Max & Colby and Why did book series with us to create Storytime with Madame on the FAC's YouTube Channel.

  • Looking for a fun way to teach French to your children or students (ages 3 to 8)? Maybe learn at the same time?

Special thanks to Rusty for joining us during Storytime!

What a great time!

From August 12th to the 15th, 2024, with our friends at the SNHU Center for New Americans, the FAC enjoys a great week at Camp Bienvenue!

What is Camp Bienvenue?  It’s a kids camp for French speaking immigrant children, the goal of which is to introduce them to their new “neighborhood” – Southern New Hampshire!

Through various excursions, visits and hands-on activities, the campers had the opportunity to get a taste of the richness that New Hampshire has to offer.

Big thanks to Queen City Rotary for their support
